Phyllis is a Fashion Stylist, Photographer and Creative Director in New York City. She began her career working in film production with legendary photographer/director Bruce Weber, and then launched her career as a fashion stylist and photographer on photo shoots and music videos.
She has contributed to magazines including Vanity Fair, Rolling Stone and Italian Vogue; styled advertising for Coca-Cola, Estée Lauder, and Reebok; worked on creative for Sony Music, Atlantic Records and Universal Music Group; and styled performers including Lou Reed, Debra Messing, Marisa Tomei, Elizabeth McGovern, Isabella Rossellini, and Robert De Niro. As a photographer, her work has been published in Paper Magazine, Black Book, Entertainment Weekly and Surface magazines.
Phyllis also works with private clients to develop their personal style and shop for new wardrobes. Her clientele includes finance, tech and media executives, creative entrepreneurs, and VIP guests at top hotels including The Four Seasons, The Baccarat and The Ritz-Carlton.
She has worked in the costume department as set costumer and shopper on feature films including “The Pretenders” starring James Franco and “Can’t Take it Back”.
